Burglary/Theft: Danny Moore, a 27-year-old man from Tishomingo was arrested on January 20 for Petit Larceny. An online search found no prior convictions for Oklahoma.

Jesse James, a 30-year-old male from Madill was arrested on January 21 for Petit Larceny and Failure to Pay on a DUI conviction. An online search showed priors for Possession of CDS, and Escape from DOC.

Ashley Cobb, a 24-yearold female from Durant was arrested on January 22 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Second-Degree Burglary charge. She has no prior convictions in Oklahoma however, she is also facing charges for Larceny of an Automobile, two counts of Obtaining Cash/ Merchandise by Bogus Check, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery, Malicious Injury to a building.

Michael Pinnick, a 44-yearold man with no known address was also arrested on January 22 for Failure to Pay on a First-Degree Burglary conviction and two convictions of Second-Degree Burglary. An online search showed Pinnick has other priors, besides the ones listed above. He has Public Intoxication, Threatening Harm or Bodily Injury, Grand Larceny, two counts of Second-Degree Burglary, three counts for Larceny of Merchandise, Malicious Injury to Property over $1,000, and two counts of Concealing Stolen Property, Aggravated Assault and Battery.

Nickie Neese, a 40-yearold female from Tulsa was arrested on January 23 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Third-Degree Burglary charge. She has no priors, but is currently facing charges for Possession of Marijuana Without a Prescription, and Public Intoxication.

Eric Page, a 39-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on January 23 for Shoplifting. An online search found prior convictions for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Falsely Impersonating Another to Cause a Liability, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Child, Child Abuse by Injury, Second-Degree Burglary, Escape from a Police Officer and Escape from a Detention Center.

Somer Weldon, a 35-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested on January 23 for Petit Larceny, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Impersonating Another to Cause Liability.

Aaron Griffin, a 37-year-old male from Ada was arrested on January 24 for Failure to Pay on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction from 2002. An online search found prior convictions for Placing Bodily Fluids on a Police Officer, two counts of Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery, and one Assault and Battery.

Ashley Lowe, a 33-year-old female from Madill was arrested on January 25 for Intent to Cheat, Defraud, or Obtain Money by Trick, Deception, or Bogus Check. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Possession: Christopher Alexander, a 54-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on January 20 for Possession of CDS. An online search found no prior convictions for Oklahoma.

Darlene Oldenburg, a 50-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on January 20 for Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony. She is also facing charges for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Trespassing.

Andrew Carter, a 22-yearold male from Bokchito was arrested on January 22 for Failing a Urine Analysis for his probation of a Possession of CDS conviction. An online search showed prior convictions for DWI, Possession of CDS, and Transporting a Loaded Firearm.

Justin French-Wyatt, a 31-year-old male from Durant was brought to the Marshall County Jail on a Writ of Habeas Corpus on his Motion to Revoke a Deferred Sentence. The probation was for a Possession of CDS conviction from 2016. An online search found prior convictions for Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute within 2,000 Feet of a School, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Breaking and Entering with Unlawful Intent, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Resisting an Officer.

Jennifer Henson, a 39-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested on January 24 for a Bond Revocation on a Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute. She was sentenced to eight years DOC.

Three individuals were arrested on January 26 for charges of Minor in Possession. None of these individuals has prior convictions listed.

Byron Bershers, an 18-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for MIP, and Public Intoxication.

Bobby Buckaloo, a 19-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested for MIP, PI, Carrying a Firearm While Under the Influence, and Discharging a Firearm in Public.

Isaac Looney, an 18-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested for MIP, and PI.

Driving: Bobby Secrest, Jr, a 38-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on January 21 for DUI and Resisting and Officer. An online search found priors for Endeavoring to Manufacture a CDS, DUI, Aggravated DUI, Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and multiple convictions for PI.

Three individuals were arrested on January 23 for various driving charges.

Logan Carnes, a 26-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence charge. An online search showed priors for Assault and Battery, DWI, and multiple convictions for Public Intoxication.

Juan Gonzalez-Villaneuva, an 18-year-old with no listed address was arrested for No Driver’s License and Failure to Obey Traffic Laws. An online search came up negative for priors.

Michael Hutcherson, a 24-year-old from Ardmore was arrested for No Driver’s License, and Failure to Stop at a Stop Light. No priors were listed for Hutcherson.

Ramon Mallard, a 31-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on January 24 for DUI, and Resisting an Officer. An online search came up negative for priors.

Miscellaneous: Dexter Fields, a 30-year-old from Madill was arrested on January 23 for Failure to Pay on a Public Intoxication conviction. An online search showed priors of two convictions for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Child Endangerment, Attempt to Escape, Larceny from the House, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery and two convictions for Possession of CDS.
