Burglary: Shelby Salyer, a 25-year-old male from Madill was arrested on April 7 for Second-Degree Burglary, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. An online search found only traffic violations for priors.

Trampus Weant, a 27-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on April 12 on a Second-Degree Burglary Warrant. Weant pled guilty to the charge in August 2019 and was placed in Drug Court. However, March 2020, the defendant was removed from Drug Court and was told to take a seat in the court room. Weant left the courtroom after being told not to do so. He was found in direct Contempt of Court. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Weant for Concealing Stolen Property, Injury to Public Property, DWI by Person Under the Age of 21, and Following Too Closely, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Resisting an Officer.

Driving: Bradley Persley, a 20-year-old male from Villa Grove, Ill., was arrested on April 10 for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Injury, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Obstructing an Officer. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors, however, he is also facing a Public Intoxication charge from Mayes County.

Jose Hernandez, a 32-yearold male from Madill was arrested on April 11 Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence and No Driver’s License. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.
