Assault: On October 1, Ruth McBroom, a 63-year-old female from Madill was arrested for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Michael Potter, a 56-yearold male from Lebanon was arrested on October 2 for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery. His background showed no priors in Oklahoma.

Theft: On September 30, two individuals were arrested for various degrees of theft.

• Madill officers arrested Joshua Cardwell, a 20-year-old male with no known address for Petit Larceny. An online search showed Cardwell has priors in Johnston County. He has a felony for Grand Larceny, and multiple misdemeanors – two counts of Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Conspiracy, Attempted Larceny of Gas, Concealing Stolen Property and Public Intoxication.

• Anthony Duke, a 34-yearold male from Whitesboro, Texas was arrested for Second Degree Burglary, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of Stolen Property. An online search showed Duke has a felony prior from Johnston County for Shooting with the Intent to Kill, and a misdemeanor for Transporting and Open Container –  Beer. It also shows priors for Grayson County; Furnishing Alcohol to Minor, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of CDS.

Harley Barnette, a 24-yearold female from Ashdown, Arkansas was arrested on October 1 for Second Degree Burglary. Barnette’s priors show as a misdemeanor Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On October 3, Richard Starn, a 34-year-old male from Red Oak was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. No priors for Oklahoma showed in an internet search.

Rosa Ortega, a 40-year-old female from Madill was arrested on October 4 for Larceny from a House. An online search showed minor traffic infractions.

On October 5, the following people were arrested for various forms of theft.

• Shayla Higgins, a 31-yearold female from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear and answer to Larceny from a House, and Obtaining Money by False Pretenses charges. A background search showed only minor traffic violations in Oklahoma.

• Rachel Ravlerson, a 19-year-old female from Oakland was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. The suspect showed no priors for Oklahoma.

• Alisa Robertson, a 30-yearold female from Madill was arrested for Petit Larceny. An online search showed Robertson has a felony for Grand Larceny, and Possession of CDS.

Two people were arrested on October 6 for Petit Larceny.

• James Burgess, a 72-yearold male from Madill, and Pauline Burgess, a 69-year-old female from Madill. Neither suspect had any Oklahoma priors listed.

Possession: Three people were arrested for Possession on October 4.

• Kingston officers arrested Anita Wright, a 56-year-old female from Lebanon for Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and also a Fannin County warrant for Forgery of a Financial Instrument of the Elderly.

• Summer Heck, a 24-yearold female from Mead was arrested for Failure to Appear and answer to a Possession of CDS –  Meth charge. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

• James Koop, a 25-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed Koop has a prior Possession and DUI.

On October 5, the following two people were arrested for Possession.

• Michael McQueen, a 57-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Maliciously Destroying Personal Property. An online search showed the suspect has a Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer out of Muskogee County, and Falsely Impersonating from Johnston County.

• Madill officers arrested Russell Points, a 32-year-old male from Milburn for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container –  Beer, and Altering a License Plate. An online search showed Points has multiple priors out of Pontotoc County: Possession of CDS –  Meth, two counts of Uttering a Forged Instrument, First Degree Burglary, Two or More Bogus Checks Together Over Felony Limit of $500, and Embezzlement.

• Cassie Craig, a 22-year-old female from Kingston was arrested in court while answering to a bench warrant for Possession of a CDS – Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She failed the drug test and tested positive for drugs. She was incarcerated and awaiting rehab.

Kevin Worthington, a 42-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on October 6 for Failure to Pay on four misdemeanors; DUI, DUS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Speeding. An online search showed one prior of Possession.

Driving: On October 1, Kirstie Corbett, a 48-year-old female from Ardmore was arrested for a warrant of application to accelerate her deferred judgement on a DUI. Her priors show the DUI she is currently answering, and a felony from Carter County for Larceny of Lost Property.

Lorena Mendez, a 40-yearold female from Madill as arrested on October 2 for Unlawfully Passing a School Bus, and No Drivers License. An online search showed no priors.

Gina Carter, a 57-year-old female from Madill was arrested on October 5 for a DUI and No Drivers License. An online search showed Carter has prior misdemeanors for DUI, Possession of CDS and a DWI.

Nickolas Shiplett, a 50-yearold male from Moore was arrested on October 6 for Aggravated DUI, and Failure to Keep in the Proper Lane. An online search shows a prior DUI from Cleveland County.

Miscellaneous: Kyla Barnes, a 33-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on September 30 for Failure to Appear and answer to Obstructing an Officer. Barnes pled guilty to the charge on October 1. She also has prior Obstructing and DUS charges from Johnston County.

Kenzie Crowley, a 24-yearold female from Madill was also arrested on September 30. She was arrested for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence and Escape from Arrest or Detention. An online search showed priors of Possession of Contraband in a Jail, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of CDS – Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication. She was also facing two counts Obstructing an Officer and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. She pled guilty to all three on September 30.

Clinton Sullivan, a 63-yearold male from Granbury, Texas was arrested on October 4 for Resisting and Executive Officer and Eluding Police. No Oklahoma priors were found.
