It seems the software used to keep track of positive and negative COVID cases has malfunctioned.
Regional Director Mendy Spohn said the software issue has been addressed and should be fixed soon.
“The electronic automation of lab results and the software we are using to manage case investigation and reporting are having glitches,” Spohn said in an email. “OSDH has requested IT support on several of the issues.”
