Marshall County Police Blotter: Burglary, Theft and other crimes

Burglary/Theft: Joshua Jordan, a 30-year-old male from Mead was booked into the Marshall County Jail on June 19 to begin his six-month sentence for a Second-Degree Burglary conviction from 2014. He was sentenced to five years, with all but six months suspended. An online search showed priors in Grayson County for Criminal Mischief and two Theft of Property convictions; one for over $750, but less than $2500, and the other for less than $750.

Keith Olson, a 37-year-old male from Madill was arrested on June 19 for Second-Degree Burglary. An online search found prior convictions for Oklahoma for Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Malina Villicane, a 47-year old female from Kingston was arrested on June 20 for Failure to Appear and Pay on a conviction from 2011 for Two or More Bogus Checks over the Felony Limit of $500. An online search found no other Oklahoma priors.

Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery: Michael Reven, a 49-yar-old male from Madill was arrested on June 16 for Failure to Appear on a warrant for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Ronald Portman, a 48-yearold male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin his 97-day sentence for a Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery by Strangulation conviction. He was sentenced to three years, with all but 97 days suspended. An online search came up negative for any other Oklahoma priors.

Matthew Neal, a 37-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on June 19 for a Protection Order Violation, and Malicious Injury to Property under $2500. His priors for Oklahoma show online as Second-Degree Arson, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, and another Protection Order Violation.

Clinton Robertson, a 34-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on June 20 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search for Oklahoma priors brought Hunting with the Aid of a Motor Vehicle, Headlighting and Public Intoxication.

Jeffery Vick, an 18-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on June 20 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Possession: Shayne Hannon, a 32-year-old male from Madill was arrested on June 16 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication and Failure to Appear and Pay on a Larceny of Merchandise conviction. The Larceny conviction was the only Oklahoma prior found in an online search.

James Nelson, a 27-year-old male from Kenefic was also arrested on June 16 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction, and an Application for Acceleration on a Grand Larceny conviction. An online search found multiple prior convictions for Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Grand Larceny, Malicious Injury to Property, and Assault and Battery. Nelson is also facing charges for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two charges for Possession of CDS.

Adam Helm, a 36-year-old male from Colgate was arrested on June 19 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Petit Larceny. An online search found prior Oklahoma convictions for Possession of CDS and Trespassing. Helm is also facing a slew of other charges for Concealing Stolen Property, Uttering a Forged Instrument, Resisting an Executive Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Entry or Intrusion of Real Estate, Bringing Contraband into a Jail, and another Petit Larceny.

Jessica Perkins, a 42-yearold female from Calera was also arrested on June 19 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her priors for Oklahoma show as Disturbing the Peace, Public Intoxication, Petit Larceny, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kevin Reese, a 42-year-old male from Denison, Texas was arrested on June 19 for Possession of CDS. Reese has no other Oklahoma priors, but is facing a Possession of CDS charge in Grayson County, as well.

Miscellaneous: Chadrick Amos, a 38-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on June 16 for Public Intoxication. He was also brought to the Mar shall County Jail on June 17 for an Emergency Order of Detention. His priors for Oklahoma were found to be a DWI.

Joshua Carlisle, a 34-yearold male from Kingston was brought to the Marshall County Jail on June 19 for an Emergency Order of Detention. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Jonathan Glenn, a 28-yearold male from Madill was arrested on June 19 for Trespassing. An online search found Oklahoma prior convictions for Distribution of CDS, DWO, Transporting an Open Container and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS.

Norris Davis, a 61-year-old male from Enos was brought to the Marshall County Jail on June 21 for an Emergency Order of Detention. An online search found an Oklahoma prior for Possession of CDS.
