Assault: Mark Uribe-Duran, a 30-year-old male from Rusk, Texas was arrested on October 8 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting an Executive Officer. He is always facing a charge for DUI. An online search found other arrests in Texas for multiple charges for Assault. It is unclear if he was convicted of any.

Theft: Beau Hendrix, a 27-year-old male from Konowa was arrested on October 6 for Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Obstruction an Executive Officer, Falsely Impersonating Another to Commit Liability, Failing to Obey Traffic Laws. An online search found priors for DUI, Driving Under Suspension, Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by False Pretenses, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and Possession of CDS. He is also facing charges for Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and False Reporting of a Crime.

Seven individuals were arrested on October for various charges of theft.

· Alan Beach, a 35-year-old man from Tulsa was arrested for Application to Accelerate on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction. His priors show online as Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence, and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

· Jennifer Bevill, a 46-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested for Petit Larceny. An online search found priors for Uttering a Forged Instrument, Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and five convictions for Second-Degree Forgery.

· Tylor Cauthon, a 24-yearold male from Mead was arrested for Failure to Appear on an Uttering a Forged Instrument charge. His priors show online as Public Intoxication, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, and Interference with an Emergency Call. He is also facing charges for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

· Chelsey Gamboa, a 27-year-old female from Durant was arrested for Larceny of an Automobile, Possession of CDS, Public Intoxication, Distribution of CDS, and Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Third-Degree Burglary, and Larceny of Merchandise. She is also facing charges for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, DUI, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.

· Chelsea Hendrix, 27-yerar-old female from Konowa was arrested for Second-Degree Burglary and Concealing Stolen Property. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS and Endeavoring to Deliver/Manufacture/Possess CDS.

· John Pittman, a 41-yearold male from Tishomingo was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. His priors show online as Second-Degree Burglary, Escape from DOC, Child Endangerment and multiple convictions for Concealing Stolen Property and Possession of CDS.

· Jeffrey Vick, an 18-yearold male from Durant was arrested for Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Third-Degree Burglary, and two charges for Concealing Stolen Property. A prior for Public Intoxication was found in an online search.

Darrell Blue, a 60-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 11 for Failure to Pay on an Uttering a Forged Instrument conviction. An online search found priors for Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of Stolen Property, Bail Jumping – Appearance Bond, Public Intoxication, and two convictions for Second-Degree Burglary.

Michael McQueary, a 32-year-old male from Jay was arrested on October 8 for Failure to Pay on a Larceny of a Motor Vehicle conviction. Besides the Larceny conviction, an online search found priors for Escape from Detention, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Public Intoxication, Obstructing an Executive Officer, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery, and Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card.

Jessica Troublefield, a 24-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on October 9 for Accessory to Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing an Executive Officer.

David Wilkins, a 37-yearold male from Madill was arrested on October 12 for Motion to Revoke Probation on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction. Other priors were found online for Possession of CDS, Obstructing an Executive Officer, False Reporting of a Crime and Embezzlement.

Possession: James Mandrell, a 55-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on October 6 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Norman Deal, a 56-year-old male from Healdton was arrested on October 7 for Failure to Pay on Possession of CDS, No Driver’s License, Transporting an Open Container – Beer and Liquor convictions. An online search found priors for Uttering an Altered Prescription, Bail Jumping, and DUI.

Carol Yeahquo, a 35-yearold female from Madill was also arrested on October 7 for Possession of CDS. The only Oklahoma prior found in an online search was for Possession of CDS.

Driving: Javier Mendez, Jr, a 30-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 5 for No Driver’s License. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Dillon Gray, a 29-year-old male from Mannsville was arrested on October 7 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI, Interlocking-Violation, Resisting an Officer, and Public Intoxication.

Cedric Garrett, a 30-yearold male from Nicoma Park was arrested on October 9 for Driving Under Suspension, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of CDS without a Medical Marijuana License. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Mary Kilosky, a 50-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on October 9 for DUS and Failure to Stop. An online search found a prior conviction for Possession of CDS.

Stephen Breger, a 36-yearold male from Durant was arrested on October 10 for No Driver’s License. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Miguel Gomez, an 18-yearold male from Madill was arrested on October 10 for No Driver’s License, No Seatbelt, Expired Registration, No Insurance, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Damage, DUI – Under 21, and Transporting an Open Container.

Jordan Percell, a 26-yearfemale from Durant was arrested on October 10 for Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Gina Carter, a 58-year-old female from Madill was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 30-day sentence for a DUI and No Driver’s License conviction. An online search also found a prior for Possession of CDS.

Luis Hernandez, a 23-yearold male from Madill was arrested on October 12 for Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Jameson Shackelford, a 33-year-old male from Denison, Texas was also arrested on October 12 for Failure to Pay Taxes Due State. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Miscellaneous: Tonya Burgess, a 52-year-old female from Madill was arrested on October 10 for Disturbing the Peace. No Oklahoma prior convictions were found in an online search.
