Congratulations to Phyllis Cornelison on her retirement. Cornelison, a longtime nursing professional at FHCSO who has dedicated herself to hundreds of patients, in Tishomingo and the surrounding communities.

FHCSO charge nurse Randa West stated, “Its time Phyllis finally gets to celebrate her accomplishments, and enjoy her newfound freedom. We want her to always remember what a positive difference she has made. We will miss Phyllis here at FHCSO, but couldn’t be more excited for her.”
