Sharon “Sherry” Louise Abdoo Butler, age 75, passed away Friday, June 5, 2020. Sherry was born December 3, 1944, and was a graduate of Northwest

Classen High School in 1963. She was a longtime OKC hairdresser. She and her husband retired at the lake several years ago, living out their lifelong dream together. She was a talented hairdresser, a self-taught interior decorator who had an incredible eye for style, and one of the most dynamic and passionate people you’d ever want to meet. She brought joy to all those around her. She was a loving wife, a proud mother to her son and daughter-in-law, and she simply adored her three grandchildren.

Sherry passed away peacefully in her home at Lake Texoma. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Church of Hope, 4342 Enos Road, Kingston, Okla. – near their home where she and her husband of 52 years faithfully attended.

She is survived by her husband Kenny Butler; her son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Shelli Butler of Oklahoma City and their three children, Tate, Tyler & Breck; her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Margaret Abdoo of Amarillo, Texas; youngest brother, Brian Armstrong of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her; words cannot express. XOXO
