Jimmy Arlen Raby, 79, of Marietta, Okla. passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 peacefully at his residence. He was born 1941 in Okla. to Ernest Arlen and Hazel Irene (Pelton) Raby.

Jimmy grew up in Madill, Okla. and surrounding areas. He enlisted in the United States Air Force serving during the Vietnam Conflict and was honorably discharged on July 17, 1967.

He was a resident of Love County since 2007. Jimmy married Pimphan (Chuenmandot) Raby on July 2, 1992 in Cooke County, Texas. Jimmy was a truck driver, who loved to fish and talk with anyone and everyone. He never met a stranger.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Pimphan Raby of the home; two sons, Rapee Raby Sritairat and wife Tracy of Savoy, Texas, and Charlie Raby of Oklahoma; daughter, Shelley Peery and husband Todd of Monument, Colo.; daughter-in-law, Pam Raby of Madill, Okla.; two sisters, Sherry Buchanan of Yukon, Okla., and Betty Jones of Lebanon, Okla.; and five grandchildren, Bailee Raby, Reece Arlen Raby, Zach Peery, Zoe Peery, and Tiwa Sritairat.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 10754 Gator Road, Lebanon, Okla. with Chuck Lewis officiating. Cremation is entrusted to Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Marietta.

Honorary bearers are Ben Richardson, Ralph Page, and Chuck Lewis.
