Dewey Leon Walls II, 76, of Kingston, Okla. passed away on April 23, 2020 at the Alliance Health Hospital in Madill.

He was born on October 23, 1943 in Duncan, Okla. to the late Dewey Leon Walls Sr and Dorothy Mae Askins Walls. Dewey was raised in Stephens County, Okla. and later in California.

He married LaVada Louise Sims on December 6, 1960 in King City, Calif. and she preceded him in death on December 12, 2003. Dewey later married Eloy Jan England on March 27, 2009 in Sherman, Texas and she preceded him in death on September 29, 2019.

He worked in the bakery business, and as a tool pusher in the oil field. He retired in 2012 from working as a truck driver at the Red River Grain in Madill to take care of his wife. Dewey was affiliated with the Baptist faith and he enjoyed reading Louis L’amour books, the outdoors, dancing and being with his family.

He is survived by his children, Dewey Walls III and wife Sandy of Dayton, Ohio, Melissa Daniel and husband Brannon of Buncombe Creek, Okla., Tammy Harris of Waurika, Okla., grandchildren; Derek Walls of Dayton, Ohio, Dustin Walls of Bellevue, Neb., Jody Freeman of Kingston, Okla., Taylor Freeman of Kingston, Okla., Walker Russell of Duncan, Okla., Chelsea Durbin of Waurika, Okla., great grandchildren; Benjamin Walls, Mavis Freeman and Logan Durbin, his brothers; James Walls and wife Becky of Ardmore, Okla., Charles Dyer of Plano, Texas, Larry Robinson, of Arroyo Grande, Calif., his sisters; Rebeca Tarpley of Dallas, Texas, and Debra Gepemia of San Luis Obispo, Calif.

Dewey was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, and two brothers: Jack Walls and Terry Dyer.
