Courtney Dawn Preuss, 28, of Justin, Texas entered the gates of heaven on March 26, 2020. She was born on January 16, 1992 in Ardmore, Okla. to Dalan Larason and Kimberly Cass Larason.
Courntey was raised and attended school in Madill, where she graduated in 2010. She married Casey Preuss on February 22, 2013.
Courtney loved to read, crochet, and knit in her free time, but most of all she loved caring for her husband and little girl, Carys. She was a blessing to her parents and brother, Corbin.
Courtney was an animal lover, and she left a lasting impression on the hearts of all her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Casey Preuss of Justin, Texas, daughter, Carys Preuss of Justin, Texas, her parents: Dalan Larason of Madill, Okla. and Kim Larason of Madill, Okla. her brother, Corbin Larason of Madill, Okla., sisters: Debbie Anderson of Fargo, N.D., and Deanna Carter of San Augustine, Fla., grandparents: Gale and Louise Cass of Madill, Okla., and Pat Larason of Palm City, Fla.
Courtney was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Larason, great grandparents, Elick and Inez Cass, and James and Lena Smith.
Honorary Casket Bearers are Corbin Larason, Ryan Jones, Kyle Cass, and Holden Cass.
Due to the current health crisis and the restrictions placed on social gatherings, livestream services will be through Courtney Preuss Facebook Page and Madill Church of Christ Public Facebook Page on May 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Okla.
