Suspect caught by homeowner

A suspect, later identified as Bodee Risinger, was caught breaking into a home by the homeowner. On October 26, the Marshall County Dispatch received a call requesting for deputies to be dispatched to his residence.

The reporting party stated somebody had broken into his residence in Enos and he caught the suspect in the act. The victim also notified dispatch that the suspect was detained in the residence awaiting police.

Deputy Latosha Broadhead arrived at the residence and found the homeowner had Risinger sitting in a chair in the kitchen. She then read Risiginer his Miranda Rights.

Risinger requested to have his attorney present before he would answer any questions. w

After a pat down, Risinger was found to be in possession wi of a fixed blade knife, which he allegedly used to stab holes in the walls of the residence.

The suspect was also found to be in possession of Marijuana and no Medical Marijuana Card. Ri

Risinger was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Second-Degree Burglary.
