Rape: Anselmo Morales, a 46-year-old male from Terrell, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail on November 18, 2020 to answer to charges for First-Degree Rape, Lewd or Indecent Proposals to Child Under 16, and ten counts of Soliciting Sexual Conduct with a Minor Using a Computer. Morales was arrested in Collin County, Texas on November 4 after an investigation led officers to Texas to arrested Morales. An online search found priors for Morales in Kaufman County. He has four convictions for Assault Causing Bodily Harm, two for Aggravated Assault, one for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and two for Failure to Identify/

Assault: Kevin Easley, a 38-year-old male from Madill was arrested on November 16 for a Protection Order Violation. An online search found priors for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Larceny from a House, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Malicious Injury to Property.

Shawn French, a 33-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on November 20 for a Motion to Revoke on a Protection Order Violation. Besides the Protection Order Violation, an online search found a prior for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Jason McClendon, an 18-year-old male from Tishomingo was also arrested on November 20 for Domestic Abuse in the Presence of a Minor, No Driver’s License, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Theft: Timothy Standfield, a 20-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on November 16 for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Brandon Faulkner, a 47-year-old male from Durant was arrested on November 17 for Failure to Pay on a First-Degree Burglary conviction. Other priors found in an online search were Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Public Intoxication, Bail Jumping and Possession of CDS.

Christopher Richards, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested on November 20 for Second-Degree Burglary, and Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Possession of CDS–Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI and Concealing Stolen Property.

Possession: Chelsey Gamboa, a 28-year-old female from Durant was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a six-month sentence for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute in Marshall and Love County, and Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. She has another prior for Third-Degree Burglary. She is also facing charges for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, DUI, Failure to Keep Right, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines and Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Distribution of CDS – Methamphetamine, and Larceny of an Auto.

Darrell Mabes, a 47-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on November 17 for Failure to Appear on an Application to Remove from Drug Court, and a Motion to Revoke the Probation. Other priors were found online for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension, Intimidation of a States Witness, DWI and Fugitive for Justice.

Duncan Allen, a 30-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on November 19 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under Suspension and Defective Equipment. An online search only found traffic infractions.

Driving: Ronaldo Chavarria-Hernandez, a 22-year-old male from Calera was arrested on November 19 for Aggravated DUI and no Driver’s License. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

Warren Crump, a 51-year-old male from Sadler, Texas was arrested on November 20 for No Driver’s License and No Seatbelt. An online search found priors for DUI, Possession of CDS After the Former Conviction of a Felony – Methamphetamines, Possession of CDS, and Driving Under Suspension.

Regina Russell, a 38-year-old female from Mead was arrested for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found priors for Obtaining Cash with Bogus Means, and Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card.

Miscellaneous: Tyler Bailey, a 30-year-old from Kingston was arrested on November 17 for Failure to Appear on a Malicious Injury to Property charge. A prior for False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop was found in an online search.

Anthony Greves, a 27-year-old male from Atoka was arrested on November 17 for Trespassing. An online search for priors came up negative.

Tonya Stevenson, a 31-year-old female from Tishomingo was booked into the Marshall County Jail on November 18 to begin a one-week sentence for Child Neglect. An online search found priors for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer and Obstructing an Officer.

Tyler Wilson, a 26-yearold male form Harrah was arrested on November 19. An online search found priors for Grand Larceny, and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Cheree Lindamood, a 50-year-old female from Madill was brought to the Marshall County Jail on November 21 for an Emergency Order of Detention. No priors were found in an online search.

David Crites, a 61-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on November 22 for Public Intoxication, and Reckless Conduct with a Firearm. An online search found a prior for Public Intoxication.
