Fraud/Theft: Bodee Risinger, a 27-year-old from Kingston was arrested on October 26 for Second-Degree Burglary, and Possession of Medical Marijuana without a License. An online search found Possession charges for priors.

Robert Bennett, a 41-yearold male from Mounds was arrested on October 27 for Home Repair Fraud. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Tylor Cauthon, a 24-yearold male from Mead was arrested on October 28 for Application to Accelerate for an Uttering a Forged Instrument conviction. Other priors were found in an online search for Public Intoxication, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor and Interrupting an Emergency Call. He is also facing Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Salestreal Scarpello, a 21-year-old female from Colbert was also arrested on October 28 for two counts of Third-Degree Burglary, two count of Grand Larceny, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. Her priors show online as Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and three convictions for Taking/Receiving a Stolen Credit or Debit Card.

Shayla McCraw, a 20-yearold female from Madill was arrested on November 1 for Larceny of a Domestic Animal, Petit Larceny, Driving Under Suspension, and No Insurance. Only one prior showed in an online search. That was for a Protective Order Violation.

Possession: Joshua Goodman, a 42-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 26 for Conspiracy to Possess CDS with the Intent to Manufacture and Distribute. An online search found prior convictions for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, two convictions for Uttering Forged Instruments and two for Distribution of CDS.

Jerry McDaniel, a 71-yearold male from Madill was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 45-day sentence for Possession of a Firearm After a Formal Conviction of a Felony, and Feloniously Pointing a Firearm. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Attempting of False Personation, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Concealing Stolen Property and Unauthorized Use of a Police Radio.

Melissa Gulledge, a 44-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested on November 1 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction and Failure to Appear on a Reckless Driving charge. Her priors show online as Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under Suspension, and Possession of CDS.

Michelle Mendoza, a 19-year-old female from Madill was arrested on November 2 for Possession of CDS, Driving Under Suspension and Violation of License Restriction. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Driving: Darryl Johnson, a 27-yeaer-old male from Miami, Fla. was arrested on October 28 for Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Robert Langston, a 37-year old male from Kingston was also arrested on October 28 for Driving Under the Influence and Child Endangerment. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Hayden Callen, a 20-yearold male from Davis was arrested on October 29 for No Driver’s License, and No Insurance. An online search found priors for Second-Degree Burglar, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing an Officer.

Patrick Smith, a 47-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 30 for Driving Under Suspension, No Driver’s License, No Insurance, and Speeding 11 – 20 miles over. An online search found a prior for Threatening Acts of Violence.

Clayton Shaw, a 24-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested on October 31 for No Driver’s License. The only prior found in an online search was for Driving Under Suspension.

Three individuals were arrested on November 1 for various driving charges.

• Rudolph Rangel, a 37-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear and Pay on a No Driver’s License conviction. Only a couple of traffic tickets were found in an online search.

• Cooper Richter, a 22-year-old male from Dallas, Texas was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, and No Registration. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

• Jose Rosas, a 22-yearold male from Madill was arrested for Eluding/Attempting to Elude Police Officers and Reckless Driving. An online search for Oklahoma priors came back negative.

Josue Roque,a 34-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on November 2 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found a prior conviction for Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence.

Miscellaneous: Brandon Hill, a 43-year-old male from Sherman, Texas was arrested on October 26 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Violation of a Protection Order charge. Traffic tickets were found in an online search.

Lance Clark, a 33-year-old male from Hot Springs, Ark. was arrested on October 29 for Application to Accelerate for a Malicious Injury to Property, Assault and Battery, Second-Degree Burglary, Driving Under the Influence and No Driver’s License. An online search found more priors for Public Intoxication, Possession of CDS, Tampering with Evidence, Trespassing, Driving Under Suspension, and Possession of CDS Counterfeit Subscription. He is also facing charges for Public Intoxication and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Lacretia Hilton, a 58-yearold female from Tishomingo was also arrested on October 29 for out of county warrants. Her priors show online as Assault and Battery and three convictions for Obtaining Merchandise/Case by Bogus Check.

Talib Derr, a 20-year-old male from Sherman, Texas was arrested on November 1 for Public Intoxication. No priors were found in an online search.
