Burglary/Theft: Samantha Webb, a 42-year-old female from Soper was arrested on July 16 for a Motion to Revoke her probation for Embezzlement. An online search for Oklahoma priors only found tickets.

Katrina Eddy, a 28-yearold female from Madill was arrested on July 17 for Petit Larceny, and Trespassing. An online search found multiple Oklahoma priors in an online search. They were for two convictions for Distribution of CDS, and one conviction each for Maintaining a Place for CDS, Child Neglect, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Petit Larceny, and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. She is also facing charges for Child Neglect, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Contraband by an Inmate.

Quincell Rahmings, a 26-year-old from Madill, was booked into the Marshall County Jail on July 17 to begin a 90-day sentence. He was convicted to five years, with all but 90 days deferred for Second-Degree Burglary, False Claim of Ownership at a Pawn Shop, Possession of CDS without a Prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Prior convictions for Possession of CDS, and Breaking and Entering without Permission were found in an online search.

Assault: David Schantz, a 39-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 15 for a warrant out of Grayson County for Assault and Battery After the Formal Conviction of a Felony. An online search showed he also has a prior conviction for Assault and Battery Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence.

Jesama Burkhalter, a 42-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on July 18 for Assault and Battery. Her Oklahoma priors show online as Possession of a Precursor for CDS, and a DUS.

Possession: Joshua Drain, a 37-year-old male from Madill was arrested on July 13 for Application to Accelerate on a Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia conviction. Other than these two convictions, an online search found convictions for DUI, Transporting an Open Container, Breaking and Entering without Permission, and Resisting an Executive Officer.

Kelly Royal, a 38-year-old female was arrested on July 14 for Distribution of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Failure to Appear and Answer to a No Seat Belt ticket. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Embezzlement of Rental Property, DUI, Public Intoxication, Transporting an Open Container, DUS and No Registration.

Torree Smith, a 54-year-old female from Lone Grove was also arrested on July 14 for Possession of CDS and Failure to Obey a Traffic Sign. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Ethan Crabtree, a 20-year-old male from Silo was arrested on July 15 on two charges for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Affixing a Plate to a Vehicle, No Insurance and No Driver’s License. His priors show online as Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Uttering a Forged Instrument.

Michael Kenedy, a 39-year-old male from Madill was also arrested on July 15 for Possession of CDS. An online search found Oklahoma priors for DUS, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Three individuals were arrested on July 16 for various possession charges.

•Sammy Bray, a 40-year-old from Sulphur was arrested for Possession of CDS, and No Driver’s License. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up empty.

•Brandon Gunn, a 32-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested for Distribution of CDS, and Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute. His priors for Oklahoma show online as Possession of a Firearm, Pointing a Firearm at Another, and four convictions for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute.

•Michael Pedigo, a 32-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Possession of CDS. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Rebecca Johnson, a 27-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on July 18 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing an Executive Officer charges. She also gained a new charge for Possession of Contraband in a Penal Institution/Jail.

Trent Harvey, an 18-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 19 for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

Gary Jackson, a 40-year-old male from Kingston was also arrested on July 19 for Cultivating CDS. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Cultivating CDS, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Assault and Battery, Breaking and Entering without Permission, Violation of a Protection Order, PI, DUI, Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, and Assault and Battery.

Driving: Justin Warner, a 41-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 13 for DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Damage. An online search found one Oklahoma prior for DUI.

Christopher Maxey, a 44-year-old male from Madill was arrested on July 14 for DUI. An online search found multiple priors for DUI, and a prior for Possession of CDS.

Jamie Santana-Ramirez, a 41-year-old female from Madill was arrested on July 15 for Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance and Expired Tags. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Miscellaneous: Rahan Jenkins, a 29-year-old male from Niles, Ohio was arrested on July 17 for Public Intoxication and Public Nuisance. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Helen Wren, a 32-year-old female from Seminole was also arrested on July 17 for Failure to Appear and Answer to a Child Neglect charge. Her priors for Oklahoma show as Public Intoxication, DUI and Assault and Battery.

Archie Bumpass, a 19-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 19 for Consuming Intoxicants in a Public Place, and Under 21 Consuming Alcohol. An online search found an Oklahoma prior conviction for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.
