Indecency: Michael Crawford, a 59-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on September 22 for Lewd or Indecent Proposals or Acts to a Child Under 16. The original charges were filed January 2019 but was awaiting a competency hearing trial. An online search only found a ticket for Speeding.

Assault: Dustin Pettie, a 33-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on September 23 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor. An online search found only a ticket for Speeding.

Gabriel Silva, a 21-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on September 26 for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, and Assault and Battery on an Emergency Personnel. An online search found a prior for DUI.

Theft/Burglary: Cierra Dillingham, a 22-year-old female from Durant was arrested on September 21 for Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. No priors were found in an online search. However, the search showed that Dillingham is facing multiple charges for Trafficking CDS – Methamphetamines, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Second-Degree Burglary, Obstructing an Officer, and two charges for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.

Jessica Troublefield, a 24-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on September 22 for Failure to Appear to an Accelerate on a Larceny of an Automobile. Besides the Larceny conviction, an online search found a prior for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

George Short, a 31-year-old male from Oklahoma City was arrested on September 23 for Motion to Revoke on a First-Degree Burglary. Besides the Burglary conviction, an online search found priors for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Larceny of CDS, and Second-Degree Burglary.

Possession: James Rice, a 66-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Motion to Revoke on a Possession of CDS conviction. An online search found no other Oklahoma priors. However, he is facing a Violation of a Protective Order charge.

Joshua Buckner, a 36-yearold male from Calera was arrested on September 24 for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS, and Escape from Detention conviction. Besides those two, priors were also found for Obstructing an Officer, Resisting an Officer, and Public Intoxication in an online search.

Matthew Stuckey, a 40-yearold male from Madill was arrested on September 26 for Possession of CDS and Driving Under Suspension. An online search found two Oklahoma prior convictions for Distribution of CDS, and one conviction each for Unlawful Use of a Communication Facility in the Commission of a Felony, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor and Possession of CDS.

Driving: Ronald Holt, a 57-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested on September 21 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found Oklahoma prior convictions. They are listed as multiple convictions for DUI, DUS, PI, and one conviction for Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence.

Louis Boggs, a 21-year-old male from Oklahoma City was arrested on September 23 for Driving Under Suspension. One prior for Public Intoxication was found in an online search.

Will Ritchie, a 26-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on September 23 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found multiple prior convictions for Larceny of an Automobile, Possession of CDS, Child Neglect and Breaking and Entering a Dwelling without Permission.

Jacklyn Chester, a 24-yearold female from Madill was arrested on September 24 for Driving Under Suspension and Speeding. Prior convictions for DUI, and Operating an Unsafe Vehicle were found in an online search.

Maria Fuentes, a 43-yearold female from Madill was also arrested on September 24 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search for prior convictions came up negative.

Carly Lee, a 24-year-old female from Lebanon was arrested on September 26 for Driving Under Suspension and No Insurance. An online search found a prior conviction for Second-Degree Burglary and No Insurance.

Miscellaneous: Donald Knight, a 44-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for on September 22 for Public Intoxication and Obstructing an Officer. An online search found multiple prior convictions for PI, DUS, TOC, Obtaining Merchandise by a Bogus Check, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence, Possession of Contraband in Jail, and Attempting to Elude.

Lisa Williams, a 54-yearold female was brought to the Marshall County Jail on September 23 for an Emergency Order of Detention. An online search found prior convictions for DUI, Public Intoxication, Assault and Battery, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Tonya Burgess, a 52-yearold female from Madill was brought to the Marshall County Jail on September 26 for an Emergency Order of Detention. One prior conviction for Breaking and Entering was found in an online search.

Peggy Williams, a 42-yearold female from Mannsville was brought to the Marshall County Jail on September 28 for an Emergency Order of Detention. A prior conviction for Public Intoxication was found in an online search.
