Assault: Clinton Robertson, a 34-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on September 6 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Endangering Others while Eluding/Attempting to Elude Officers, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Destroying Evidence, Failing to Obey a Traffic Control Device, Malicious Injury to Personal Property, Driving Under Suspension and a Felony warrant from Grayson County, Texas for Aggravated Assault on a Family Member. An online search found a prior for Public Intoxication.

Theft/Burglary: William Edwards, a 34-year-old male from Blanchard was arrested on September 1 for Concealing Stolen or Converted Vehicle. His priors were found online for Forgery, Possession of Forged Instruments, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bobby Ingram, a 57-year-old male from Loco was arrested September 3 for Failure to Pay on a conviction for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and Consuming Intoxicants in a Public Place. Besides the Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle conviction, an online search found multiple priors for Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, Possession of CDS, DUI, Public Intoxication, Trespassing, Threatening Acts of Violence, and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Kayla Norris, a 24-year-old female from Wynnewood was also arrested on September 3 for Larceny of Merchandise, and Failure to Appear to Sentencing for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamine, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia convictions. No other Oklahoma convictions were found in an online search.

Kristeferr Lennon, a 32-year-old male from Latta was arrested on September 4 for Petit Larceny and Trespassing. An online search found priors for Second-Degree Burglary, First-Degree Burglary, Public Intoxication, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle while Under the Influence, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS. Lennon is also currently facing charges for Obtaining Cash by Bogus Means, Defrauding an Innskeeper, Bringing Contraband into a Jail, and Falsely Impersonating Another to Cause Liability.

Camren Thomas, a 31-yearold male from Gainesville, Texas was also arrested on September 4 for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Driving Under Suspension. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Possession: Andrea Johnson, a 24-year-old female from Ardmore was booked into the Marshall County Jail on September 2 to begin a 60-day sentence for Possession of CDS. An online search only found a prior conviction for Public Intoxication.

Dusty Zachary, a 31-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested on September 2 for Possession of Tattoo Equipment without a License, Driving Under Suspension and No Insurance. Multiple convictions were found in an online search. They are listed as Possession of Contraband by an Inmate, DUI, Operating a Chop Shop, Conspiracy, DUI for Somebody Under the Age of 21, and two convictions for Falsely Impersonating Somebody Else to Cause Liability.

Daniel Cashion, a 39-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on September 3 for Failure to Appear and Pay on a Possession of CDS conviction, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. An online search only found the Possession of CDS as his only Oklahoma conviction.

Tom Bookhout, a 66-yearold male from Decatur, Texas was arrested on September 6 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No Oklahoma convictions were found in an online search.

Andrew Prato, a 4-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 7 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up empty.

Driving: Steven Galstrap, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 3 for Driving Under Suspension and Speeding. Galstrap was arrested again on September 5 for DUS and Altering a Title. An online search only found traffic infractions.

Three other individuals were arrested on September 3 for driving infractions. • Abigail Masters, a

• Abigail Masters, a 40-year-old from Madill was arrested for Failure to Appear on a DUI charge. No convictions were found in an online search, but Masters is also facing charges for Second-Degree Burglary, and Possession of CDS.

• Shay Risinger, a 40-year-old from Kingston was arrested for Speeding 11- 20 Miles Over the Speed Limit. The only prior found in an online was also for Speeding.

• Marciano Barrientos, a 60-year-old from Marietta was arrested for No Driver’s License. No priors were found in an online search.

Jan Peters, a 54-year-old female from Grand Prairie, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail on September 4 for a three-day sentence for Aggravated DUI.

Three individuals were arrested on September 5 for driving infractions.

• Daryl Deaton, a 56-year-old from Norman was arrested for DUI and No Driver’s License. An online search found priors for DUI, Possession of CDS and Transporting an Open Container.

• Jacee Kennedy, a 19-year-old female from Durant was arrested for DUI and No Insurance. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up empty.

• Randi Rud, a 27-yearold female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin her first weekend of her 15-weekend sentence for DUI, and Transporting an Open Container. An online search found a conviction for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.

Miscellaneous: Chase Burrow, a 25-year-old male from unknown was arrested on September 1 for a warrant from the Texas Department of Corrections Parole Board.

Jody Deere, a 49-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on September 3 for Harboring a Fugitive and Obstructing an Officer. An online search found convictions for DUI and Obstructing an Officer. Deere is facing charges for Altering/Forging a Written Instrument, Second-Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, and three charges for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender from two separate counties.

James Flowers, a 23-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on September 5 for Trespassing. His priors show online for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, and DUI.
