Hello Campaign beginning

Healthcorps classes will be participating in the Sandy Hook Start with Hello campaign.

The goal is to:

LEARN: What is Social Isolation?

LOOK: Is there Social Isolation at our school?

ACT: How can we create a school where everyone feels connected and included

September 10th-18th

- writing letters to students

- making a bulletin board

- creating inclusion and community support

About Sandy Hook Promise:

Sandy Hook Promise is a national non-profit organization founded and led by several family members whose loved ones were killed at Sandy Hook School on December 14, 2012. The organization is focused on preventing gun violence (and all violence) BEFORE it happens by educating and mobilizing parents, schools and communities on mental health and wellness programs that identify, intervene and help at-risk individuals.
