Redskins Celebrate Homecoming with Romp over Tishomingo

Friday night the Kingston Redskins celebrated Homecoming with a big crowd for a district game against the Tishomingo Indians. The Redskins gave their fans plenty to celebrate in a game that was never really in doubt from the opening drive.

Tishomingo went three-and-out on their first drive, losing five yards to retreat to the Indians’ own 9 yard line. On fourth down, the Indians brought out freshman Nick Northcutt to punt. To start off what would be a long night for him, Northcutt shanked the punt to the left, kicking the ball out of bounds at the Tishomingo 16, putting the Redskins in business early.
