Smiley’s Convenience Store Coming to Madill

Construction for 1950s Diner-Style Travel Mart to Start Soon

Kingston resident, Mitchell Brown, will soon be opening a new convenience store in Madill, which will incorporate a ’50s diner style.

According to Wright Group Architects and Planners, Smiley’s Convenience Store will sit on six acres of land in the southeast corner of the intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and Smiley Road (across the highway from Wal-Mart). The store will be a 6,700 square-foot building with chrome and checkerboard patterns on the exterior.
